Your initial appointment will give us the opportunity to get to know you and your oral health needs. Here’s what you can typically expect:
We take a no-pressure approach and will always explain your options clearly so you can make informed decisions about your dental health.
As a healthcare provider and small business we rely on timely payments to meet obligations so we can continue to provide the best dentistry possible. Patients are responsible for any difference between our office fees and the amount covered by their dental insurance. For example, if a procedure costs $150 and your insurance covers $100, you will be responsible for the remaining $50.
We will do our best to give you an estimate of your investment into your dental health for each upcoming visit, based on your individualized treatment plan. You will be given our best estimate of your next visit’s total bill. With a proper diagnosis and treatment plan, most estimates we provide are very close to your projected portion. Our team is highly trained in dental insurance and is happy to help you understand your benefits and assist with claim submissions.
We ask that outstanding balances are handled within 30 days of treatment. Delinquent balances over 90 days may be subject to our Collection Agency of choice.
Your dental appointments are scheduled carefully. Time, trained personnel and dental equipment are reserved for each of your procedures. We request 24 hours notice for rescheduling.
Please bring your insurance card and photo ID to your first visit.
You need to be aware that:
Our team is trained to assist you with questions about how your claim was filed or to help provide any additional information your insurance carrier may need. Please don’t hesitate to ask if you have any questions.
